Rebound Exercise
In May 2005, I read a book - "Jumping for Health" which I borrowed from the National Library. The author recommended rebound exercise for health maintenance. From the illustrations, the exercises are simple.
In the book - "Rebounding to Better Health", it illustrated four kinds of movements/bounces to use on the rebounder, namely :
- Health bounce
- Strength bounce
- Aerobic bounce
- Sitting and optional bounces
When I shared these movements with some patients, they found it too silly to jump on a rebounder to reap health benefits. One of them made a comment : "Human beings are not monkeys."
Fortunately, some web surfers are still enjoying the rebound exercise and keeping fit with daily workouts on their rebounders.
"The power of rebound exercise to stimulate the immune system is virtually unknown by the majority of people, yet this simple easy exercise has helped relieve many people of cancerous conditions." Linda Brooks, author of "Rebounding to Better Health".
Needak Rebounder is foldable and portable using its carrying bag. It weighs 13kg with a diameter of 40 inches. The balancing bar for the safety of children and senior citizens is sold separately as an optional item. The above book written by Linda Brooks will be given free together with the purchase of Needak Rebounder.
Sharing : It is important that you buy a rebounder of reasonable quality in order to reap the benefits of rebound exercise. Very often, customers will shop for cheaper ones in order to save costs. The cheaper versions tend to jar your body instead of springing it.
