www.pulsecenterforpatientsafety.org PULSE is a nonprofit organisation in the United States working to improve patient safety and reduce the rate of medical errors using real life stories and experiences. Survivors of medical errors are encouraged to use their experience to educate the community and advocate for a safer healthcare system.

PULSE is dedicated to raising awareness about patient safety and reducing medical errors through advocacy, education and support.
