Collaboration with Public Hospitals

We are also keen to collaborate with public hospitals in the following manner:

a) Present SMART-CHIPS motivational pack as a welcome gift to newly recruited doctors and nurses.

b) Use SMART-CHIPS as flash cards – randomly selected message of the day in the wards or for the teams.

c) Allow patients and their family members to nominate doctors and nurses to receive SMART-CHIPS. For those who receive more than five nominations, it could imply that the recipients need to be counselled or retrained to discharge their duties diligently and professionally.

The objective is to constantly remind doctors and nurses in the public hospitals to live up to the noble spirit of their professions.

Medical and nursing schools are also welcome to use SMART-CHIPS pack for distribution to their students. If these students (Gen Y) find the messages impractical or too idealistic, and refuse to practise them, then education has failed.
